People are fundamental to the success of every business



I’ve spent my entire career in insights, sales, marketing and HR but most of the conversations I have had are about products, processes & profit. Rarely is it about the people.

I’ve heard about how the consumer is at the heart of everything, that people are our most important asset, but the actions rarely match the words. Their perspective – the true understanding of how people are thinking, feeling and how that is affecting their behaviour – is somehow secondary to business of running the business.


At the People Perspective the ambition is to ensure that the human angle is central to the decision-making. That we use all the data, insight, experience, and know-how we have, to truly understand what consumers, customers or employees are thinking. Understanding what their motivations are, why they have the attitudes or beliefs they have, and importantly, how is this affecting their behaviour. 



I believe brands should think consumer first, that businesses should think employee and team first. The People Perspective is about helping you do that to make better, people-centric decisions. After all, no matter what your business, it’s always about people.
